all that we are

It is in playing and only in playing that the individual child or adult is able to be creative and to use the whole personality, and it is only in being creative that the individual discovers the self.

find your flow & glow

So often we re-act and find ourselves stuck in defend or attack or freeze or fawn - classic nervous system behaviour - imagine responding: identifying and communicating your wants and needs compassionately with yourself and those around you...

person centred therapy

                                                     sometimes we need intervention...

sometimes we just need to be & feel heard...

mind, heart, body connections

Our thoughts & emotions need to be integrated,
or they can dominate our behaviours and actions...

Recognise, enhance & develop your innate mental, emotional, relational, physical & spiritual aspects to live your full unique potential...

beginnings

working at your pace, with sensitive attuned support

Sometimes it's a check-in, sometimes a relearning of integrative resources, sometimes it's shifting mindsets, and sometimes it's a belly laugh realisation...

developing personal practices

we are works in progress - developing strong foundations

whatever our backgrounds or challenges, we can establish within us ways to support, and facilitate, our own unique self-development and become truly happy

doing the work

Committing to personal happiness is not easy - we are human beings living in an often chaotic world - however opening the door to our own hearts is the best investment we can make...

Working with our breath, body, thoughts, feelings, emotions, wants & needs in an exciting creative dance is just what the world needs us to do...
